*1<NIMONIC90>
●This is an alloy employed for a wide range of high-temperature condition uses that features a composition of nickel, chromium, and cobalt elements. It is creep resistant at high temperatures of up to approximately 950°C and features both precipitation hardening properties and high stress rupture strength.
(Approximately 700°C in the case of representative INCONEL X750 nickel-based alloys)
●The maximum usage temperature for springs is 550°C.
*2<SUS631J1-WPC>
● A stainless material that is made extra-hard using heat treatments. This is an improved type of steel that is strengthened using heat-treated austenitic stainless steel materials that cannot be hardened by quenching and which features a composition of nickel and chromium elements.
The maximum usage temperature for springs is 340°C.
●Also, although non-magnetic before being subjected to heat treatments, post-treatment it takes on strong magnetic properties.
